Content Usage

This page describes what you can and cannot do with my images and animations, as well as with the website itself.

In short, I am open to people using my publicly available works for edits, voice-overs, compilations and other derivative works as long as credit is provided (through a Twitter @ for instance), and that your project does not feature violent elements.

Using my content

You may use my content for personal purposes and in personal projects, such as edits, compilations, color gradings, collage works, under the following conditions :

• Your project is non-commercial OR you obtained explicit rights to use it in your specific project. Contact me for such cases. Note that buying a commission does not automatically imply ownership of commercial rights.
• The watermark has to remain clearly visible, and a direct link to my Twitter or Patreon account has to be provided.
• The content you want to use is available on my Twitter account or the Desire Reality website.
• The content you want to use is not Patron-only content.
• Your project does not feature any depiction of violence in any form, including psychological.

You may never use my work to train AI models or any kind of machine learning technology.
